Our Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, carefully pack your items in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. For exchanges, please clearly indicate the new product/size you prefer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing

- For exchanges, your new items will ship once we process your return
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure customer safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orthopedic insoles
- Opened packages of shoe care accessories
Note: All footwear must be in unworn condition with original soles completely clean to qualify for return.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian countries and remote areas as noted in our shipping policy):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
