Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas as specified in our shipping policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Merrell footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to exchange or return your purchase.

Key Return Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom orthopedic insoles
  • Opened packages of shoe care accessories

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  • Carefully repack items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • For exchanges, clearly indicate the new product/size preference

Important: Use a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

  • For exchanges, new items ship once we process your return
